The eDG Process
Every project moves through the same phases. The level of support you choose determines how many of them we carry.
Thoughtful planning. Relaxed conversations about how you live and use your home. We map the layout, set the aesthetic direction, and build a clear, comprehensive budget together. Included at every level.
Develop the direction. We design cabinetry and millwork, choose hardware and moldings, and select tile, stone, and plumbing fixtures. These choices become a detailed construction packet so your contractor's team has what it needs. Included at every level.
Contractor and trade collaboration. We work alongside your general contractor or trades through the project: reviewing shop drawings and samples, attending site visits, leading weekly check-ins, and managing the final punch list. Design + Project Support and Signature Turnkey.
Interior design. We curate every layer of the interior: furniture, fabrics, lighting, floor coverings, window treatments, wallpaper, art, and decor. Signature Turnkey, or as an add-on.
Procurement. We handle purchasing, order tracking, and coordination with craftspeople and vendors. Signature Turnkey.
Installation and styling. We oversee delivery, installation, and styling, from furniture and window treatments to rugs, art, and final touches, so you can simply step in and enjoy your finished home. Signature Turnkey.
